In an e-mail to me they offered a free sample of their product then charged me $69.95

Dermitage offered a free trial of their anti-aging system, then charged my credit card $69.95.in their words in their ad it says you can cancel anytime no risk no commitments, no obligation, no hassles, but customer service has refused to help me with this situation, ca you please help?
