As a "former" vendor for this company, I can shed some light on their work ethics. The reason shipments get "lost" or the blame is put on others is because they do not pay their bills to their vendors. The vendors in return do not ship the product until payment has been received. Many customers are even being told that items are being discontinued, when they aren't. I have received several phone calls asking if a particular item has been discontinued. Image their surprise when it has not been.
Long story short, I am no longer doing business or referring Planet Mobility to any of my customers.
