TLG Fun TLG/Great Fun has charged my bank account without my authorization

I checked my bank statement as I normally do and there was a charge from TLG/Fun showing a payment of $11.99. I immediately reported this information to my bank. I was told to contact the company as well as file a compliant with fraud dept. I have to wait 3 business days and maybe incur a insufficent funds fee due to this fraudualent behavior.
