THis company does not answer their phone, their web site is always down and they are breaking the law.
Below is the email I tried to send them on their web site, but it is down again.

I am turning you in to the Federal Fair Credit Billing Act. It is illegal to charge someone for returned payment fee twice in the same day when your website is down and the payment was denied not because of insufficent funds but due to the difficulty to use the website. I never signed up for account protection and lastly you cannot charge over the limit fees when other banking fees caused the over the limit.
You need to credit my account immediately (before July 23rd) or I will do the following:
File a claim with the Attorney General's Office
Contact 7 on your side File a complaint with Comsumer Affairs of CA post your company on the internet consumer complaints site.
What you are doing is lowly loan shark behavior and it is against the law and will not be tolerated. I have shown my parents and their attorney.
Close my account as of today - 7/19/08 and credit my account $68.01 or I will come after you.
Shame on you. You are trash.
