Well, they are at it again. This time they are in the toner cartridge scam business. They are randomly calling our company trying to get printer information then sending THOUSANDS of dollars worth on useless toners.
They are a total scam. They send their packages via UPS with no return address and UPS is reluctant to take them back. MAKE your UPS take the packages! Don't accept them.
They are clearly running this latest scam out of someone's home. Their calls go to a answering machine, as if the caller doesn't know this.
Stay away from this group and be very concerned. Keep in mind that one of the scammers has this very raspy voice with what might be a slight stuttering problem which he tries to hide. I don't know if that's to get sympathy out of the person they are trying to scam or not.
The best thing to do it to let all your employees know not to give out any info on their company and do not agree to buy anything from someone you don't know.
