Over charged shipping and failed to respond to 2 emails of complaint

I placed an order on line for one set of walkfits for $19.95 with $9.95 for shipping on Nov 5. The order was received on Nov 24.

The packing slip shows the walkfit purchase and the $9.95 shipping fee. It also reflect 2 free bottles of peppermint lotion and a free PDA. But, in the Sub-total listing, the shipping charges were bumped up to $23.85. That is $13.90 more than was agreed upon at the time of the on-line purchase.

There was no indication of these extra charges on the website, or in the order confirmation email that I received immediately after placing the order. I discovered the extra charges when I received my credit card statement showing the purchase price already charged to my card before the shipment was received.

I have emailed the copmpany from their web site on 2 different occasions, and have received a "do not reply" automatic confirmation of the receipt of both emails, but have not had any response either by email or by phone or regular mail as to the status of my complaint.

I would like to return the product, but I am afraid I will not receive any credit for the entire charges.
