I too have been a victem of the billingsvc/billinghlp.com and the eguidestore.com... I looked up their information via internic and other sources and found that the Billing companies are set up in Spain I believe... And their websites were created exactly the same time as the eguidestore.com was, but the eguidestore.com one has a Arizona, US address... Here's what I found...
