Wow... I'm so glad websites like this are around. I nearly became a victim to these guys. It all sounded way too good to be true so I decided to GOOGLE their name and found out how the whole thing is just a big rip off. I have an out of state phone number because I recently moved to California so apparently when they called me they didn't realize I was local to them. After searching the internet and reading about all the crap they're doing I decided to confirm my suspicions about their address in Tarzana being bogus too.
I drove to 6038 Tampa Ave, Tarzana, Ca. 91356 and instead of finding a legitimate Mortgage Lending Company I found a computer repair store that rents mailboxes for $5.95 per monthso much for Suite#410, what a joke and a rip off!

I'd also like to mention that I was told they've been in business for over 30 years but when I researched their website address www.citiwidegroup.net I found that it was recently purchased and created as of March 1st here's the public information about it:
