I moved in 2006 of October. I left a deposit of 240.00, and i also paid my move in special of about $200.00. The rent was 473.00 a months with a 13 month lease. I move out 15 days early due to being about 8 months pregnant and not having hot water or any running water period. I do not recommend living here. Everything was either broken, clogged or have ass fixed. When i left rent paid in full, i was exspecting my deposit back, but unfortunatly that wasnt the case. Since i left 15 days early and never wrote them to let them know i was leaving, I never got my deposit back. Hampton Green then reported me to the credit agency say i broke my lease, trashed the place, never turned in my keys, and on top of that it posted on my report ywice. One for 1300, and one for $900. Seeing that i did have many issues with this complex, i took the honor of video tapping the place when i left and video taping myself leave and putting the keys in the box. Hampton green is a very dishonest, untrust worthy place to reside at. And the funny thing is thats the Rim Companys overview " Trust, honesty, and Integrity" which they are none of the above.
