Complaint against Ron Droscha over rent deposit

I was living in one of the apartments through century 21 and through Ronald Droscha our agent at the time we paid our rent and took good care of the place i admit that i was late on rent a few times and they did blow that off but when our contract was nearly up we found another place that was not through Century 21 or Ronald Droscha we gave them as much time as we had left and moved to the the next place that we decided to move to. Ron Droscha then started to blow us off when we are trying to get back our rent deposit and he is continuing to we deserve to get back our deposit and i think that Ron is being dishonest by keeping our deposit
