Over Draft Charges

I went online to look at my bank statement and noticed i had some charges that i didnt recognise so i called customer service and they said oh we will credit that back to your account and they did, but then later that day my husband was online lookingat the account and he noticed there were charges we didnt authorize, and so i looked at it and it was the same charges that the bank had reversed for me later that day, so i called customer service again and they told me that new charges came throught later that same day for the same thing and i asked them why they allowed that and they said i needed to dispute the charges wich i have done several times and they have not done anything but charge me overdraft charges. I call them every day and im told it will be reversed but it never is,

And to top it off our 11 year old daughter has an account there also and they have tried to get me or my husband to allow them to take money out of her account to cover it and i have refused. I told them im not paying for there misstakes and that its not right for them to do this and today i told them i wanted to close the account and they said that i could only do that when i allowed them to take money from my daughters account to bring the account to a posative amount then i can close the account. And i told them i was not going to do that. And they told me if it went for more then 45 days overdrawn they would close it and put it on my creidt report and thats not right.

My debit card was stolen and they expect you to report it but when you do they also expect you to pay for what others have done and thats not right.
