Do not use this bank. If you have an account there, close it immediately. I used to have an open account with this bank and silly me I was with them for almost 2 years. Within the two years someone obtained my routing and account number and charged these ridiculous amounts.in the mean time my checks were bouncing and my account was completely dried out.
In the attempt to clear this up my "bank" wanted to charge me the overdrafts for the checks that I wrote when clearly there would be no charges if the account was not tapped into. They cleared all the erronous charges but I had to go back and forth with them on the other charges that were from my checks. The bank manager was rude and never called me back.
On the days they told me she worked I would go to the bank and she didnt talk to me as a matter of fact I never talked to her. Thats 1.2 When my account was debited due to debit charges or ACH's they would take the charge then post it to the account several, and I mean several, days later and then charge me an overdraft fee. No one in the bank could clearly explain this process to me.
Last thing they decrease my overdraft protection without notifying me. My rent check was returned and they charged that fee. I had to pay my rent late fee. They were again rude about it and said things can change at any time with out notice. When I went to close the account, they then wanted to act with sense. This event has recently happen to my husband and he on his way to closing his account also.
I just wish I had read this before opening this account. It cost me lots of money. Bank and Trust my behind. Do not trust this bank with your money. V
