I got a junk piece of email one day (which I know better than to click on it) but I did and it didn't look bad at all, I looked it all over and it stated for $4.87 (shipping) you can get a free offer of their bleach. So I put in my information and that was it, I didn't recieve anything through email or regular mail until I recieved the product, Which clearly doesn't state that I owe any other money or that I need to call and cancel some account that I don't remember signing up for. Well anyways I was online checking my bank statement and I noticed that I got charged $78.41 for the free bleach that I recieved. So I called Bella Bleach and ask what is going on and told me that I didn't read there hidden fine print adn of course that upset me so I ask to speak with a superviser and I was told that they couldn't help but to call back in 1 hour, so I did— actually I called back 6 times and each and every time I got the run a round. So I started emailing - same thing happened I got some recorded email back and the the next morning I called back and stated that I needed to talk to a supervisor and same thing they didn't have one in yet, byt the lady assured me that she would have her call me as soon as she gets in. I'm still waithing on that. I told her all I want is my money back and they can have there stuff back - I haven't even opened it - I'm not sure why a company would want to treat people like that, I called my bank and they will help me out with disputting this, but I sure hope that this and other messages about Bella Brite gets out to help stop others from getting in this same mess.
