I was on a site to win a big gift card. I answer all kinds of questions. Then they took me to a site where you pick 2 things to continue on. One of these was bella brite and i chose it only becaause it was only a dollar or so. Then i picked another company and it changed to another site where you had to pick nine more deals. I immediately left the site and went to another site. On monday june 25 i received a little box and opened it up.in it was a couple of things of bella brite. I had the last of my teeth pulled and have had dentures since. I checked my debit account on the 25th and some magazine company had put on a charge of over $68 on my card. I called their number and they agreed to refund that amount. On the 28th i called again to check my balance and bella brite had put their charge of $78 plus on my account. I called the number of bella brite and got someone who could hardly speek english. I told her that i wanted to talk to a supervisor and she hung up. I called again and told the person who i talked to that i wanted to a supervisor. She said to give her my number and a supervisor would call me back. That was about nine in the morning. I live in a senor citzens aptartment building and don' have a computer. The library is across the street so went on bella brite's web site and found a different number to call. I talked to some kid and he gave me the story that i had agreed to the trial sample and if i hadn't canceled in seven days then i had agreed to they could send me more. I asked to speak to his supervisor and they all were taught to say the same thing. Yesterday i went on the computer and read the refund policy and it says that you can return order by requesting to and you could ship back the product at your expence. I called their number and told them what i had read about the refund policy. He asid that was only good on the second big order i said it doesn't say that. Anyway i get just 700 dollars a month social security and need help getting a refund of the $78.00!!!
