This company came out to my house and cleaned my air ducts once the tech left our air was not working. We went 4 days without air conditioning. The technician that cleaned our air ducts made up lies and told the managers at the office some stories that made no sense. The tech actually told the managers that he came back out to our home and met with the other a/c company, when he never did come out. The operation manager told us he would cover any fees that may have been caused due to this. I really believed that this manager was going to handle the problem but he lied to our faces! My husband and I feel robbed! Then we got an email from the owner threatening us not to call anymore and not to email them or they would call the police. It was really simple for the tech to just admit he messed up our system instead of making up lies. This company caused us alot of stress and extra money and I would never refer them to anyone. I am spreading the word because no one should be treated in this manner.
