I purchased 2 sets of coin operated washer and dryers thinking I would be headachefree from repairing my old machines for 2 years. Wrong! Federico at Sear ForestHill Blvd Greenacres in Florida told me there is a full 2 yearwarranty. Since there was no floor model and no information to be read, I went by this salesmen's word.
Well, 3 months after my purchase, I had a problem with a washer andI was told that there is a 2 year warranty on parts only and I wouldhave to pay their technician $125.00 to determine what part was needed. I couldn't get my own technician and I was told I had to pay theirs. Wonderful, labor it always more costly.
I called the salesperson Federico and he verified that there is a 2year warranty and even the appliance manager said 2 years, but when Itold them what Sears customer service warranty department said about 90 daywarranty, he checked and corrected the information.
