I purchased 2 Sony DVD/VCR digital units on June 30 using the Green Dot Money Pak as suggested by them. I received an email on July 1 that the units would be shipped by UPS that morning and within 24 hours and I would have confirmation and a tracking.
On July 9, I sent an email to Customer Care about my order. No reply. On July 14 I sent another email to customer care inquiring to the status and it was returned as undeliverable.
I called the phone number on July 15 and got a voice mail that was "full." I have been scammed and out of $488.
