In march I was desparate for money. I got a $5,000 loan from Cash Call and have been making $254.00 payments every month since. When I checked to see what my payoff was I was suprised to find that it is now $575.00. I have been paying for 16 months and according to Cash Call I still owe them more than I borrowed. My husband lost his job last month and I am ill and unable to work. I sent a fax to Cash Call to stop taking from my account as there was none in there. They debited it anyway and now I owe charges to my bank. I just paid my bank and closed that account. I then called Cash Call and told them the account was closed and to send me a monthly statement. The man I talked to said I owe the money now and had to pay him on the phone. I simply said don't argue with me send me a statement. He tried to insist so I hung up on him. Now I am receiving threating calls every hour from them. Ido not answer their calls anymore but am very upset by this harrasment. I would like to join a class action suit on Cash Call if anyone has one started. They must be stopped from these loan shark tactics.
