I paid off my account the middle of the the year. This is July 10 and they are still sending me bills. Each month for late fee $39.00. I keep telling them that it was payed in full, and the card cut up and trashed. And that my account was closed a long time ago. They keep adding, more and more monthy late fees. I DON'T HAVE ANY CARD AND DON'T HAVE an Account with them as of the middle of 2007. I hope that you can help me out I am Senior Citizen. And how many of us are out there. That they are doing the same thing, too. Juniper should be turned the the BBB, for the acts, they are pulling, on us. We need your help, the company should be put out of bussiness!!!
