I closed my acount with Juniper about a year ago because of a late fee. Since closing account I have received around eight late fees! Today, after receiving another late fee. I mailed my last payment on 11-02-06 the bill is due on 11-17-06. Prior to that the last payment was mailed on the 4, due on the 16 and it was one day late?
