On July 4th, I entered the credit card number from my American Express gift card, on the christianblackpeoplemeet.com website to upgrade my service. When I did the system said it was declined, although it was a brand new card with no purchases and money was on the card.
A few days later I stopped to get gas, and was told my the attendant the card was declined. So I called the customer service number on the back of the card while I was in front of the attendant.
I was informed that there was a charge for $13.90 made on July 4th for zencondating.com. Then immediately I knew why the gas station was saying it was no money on the card.
I then emailed and called the companys information I found on the web. Zencondating.com has no working phone number. PeopleMedia which shows up on the zencondating website, phone number is the number I called to let them know about the problem I am getting emails but they do not respond to the issue. And on top of it I cannot use the service, even though they have the money.
I am disapponted and feel used that they took the money, said I was declined when in fact I was not.
Now there responses are indicated something about the zid code etc. Etc. Which is a bunch of bull. They have the money and I have no service.
