Honor Roll Student reports teacher, following school day student get kick out of school

Honor Roll Student with Good Attendance, completed two whole module with in 4mths, reports teacher actions, the following shool day, student get kick out of school. Three months later student is allowed to return to a different Star Technical Institute, Out of State, besides me passing both module within 4mths getting nothing but honor roll, Star Technical decides to start me all over from the begining so that they can (double dip) recharge Financial Aid.
