An agent named Rodney for Online America Group Called wife the first week of July and started his pitch forhow wonderful Online amercia group was and on and on he went. After about 5 minutes or more of listening to him, Again my wife said to Rodney as she has said to everyother agent from Online that has called us that we were not interested in doing business with Online. After wmy wife had said that we are not interested in online america, he comes out with ok, then f*k you, the hangs up on her, and rodney not realizing as he was telling my wife then f* you as he was hanging up on her that we were still listening to him and that he had yet to hang up the phone before he opened his mouth and siad what he had said to her. How can anyone deal with such a company as this and employees that talk this way because of the way Online America deals with People. They continue to call us ev ery week after telling each one that don't bother to call back. Are they deaf or just plain stupid. One other point of OnLine america Group is that when a manager of Online group tells us that he has no respect for the BBB of any state and then continues to downgrade the BBB for telling the consumers the truth about these types of companies, I for one say, HANG UP ON ONLINE AMERICA GROUP, UNTIL THEY GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER and start having respect for us consumers and the BBB. Online america group is a CON/Scam. A REAL JOKE TO DEAL WITH.
