Just like everyone else it appears I have been duped like each of you and I'm sorry.
I tried emailing the company from their website http://www.second-to-none.org / but the email came back invalid, first red flag. I've left more messages than I can count and never recieved as much as an acknowledgement that they have even gotten my messages, second red flag.
I contacted the Better Business Bureau in the area, www.tyler. BBB.org, and filed a complaint on June 18 and they responded within two days. Their website states this company is not in good standing with them and lists the number of complaints filed, resolved, pending and not responded to. When you go you will need to search by the company name Second 2 None, it will pull up numerous addresses, click on the 1453 Fairmont Street in Longview TX.
That file has the name of the owner Maurice Gary and lists two phone numbers (903) 595-1199 and (903) 240-6773. I cannot remember which one I dialed but I got ahold of Mr. Gary, it was his personal cell phone and we had a good discussion.
He gave me the song and dance about he had to change clearing houses for the magazines and now uses a company in Evergreen, CO and he tried to assure me that I will get my magazine or a full refund. I'm highly doubtful of this because I got a response just this week from the BBB stating...

I would suggest filing a complaint and calling Mr. Gary, I'm sure he will change his numbers at some point because this gentleman just seems to be a crook. I hate to judge people but I can only go by what I read and what I've dealt with. I think crook fits this guy very well.
I'll never buy another thing from a door-to-door salesman again in my life because of this.
