I can bo longer go on keeping the secret i have about one of my former employers. I have filed an anonymous report with the FBI and they systematically ignored me by passing it off to the local office. During my employment at Julabo USA, on more than one occassion, we sold to unsuspecting customers in the USA & Canada, used equipment as new.
Now this just wasn't used for a couple hours for testing, but some equipment was sold as new to three or four different customers with thousands of usage hours on them.in some cases, the serial numbers & bar code numbers were scratched off or altered to show it as a new item to the customer. As proof of my commission and income for my tenure there, i have sales rep copies of thousands of customer invoices in my possession that could be used in evidence against them.
To ultimately prove my claims, i need other employees of Julabo USA to come forward, especially those in the Service & Manufacturing department. There are documents in their office, such as the RMA spreadsheet that will corrobate my my claims. Of course, i do not posses these, but, this should be something available if they were subpoenaed by a grand jury.
