Ripoff ripoff Sent in 3 rebates for $20 each last August 04, still waiting

Sent in a 3 rebates for a CX-5959 case in August. Each was for $20, $60 total rebate. I've contacted them after waiting for 6 months and was told to resubmit all my info. Below is the email history. Feel free to do with it as you wish.

Please don't thank me for my Patience. I have no more. If the checks were mailed on 3/21/05 and it's now 4/25/05 I doubt I'll ever receive them. It doesn't take but 5-12 days at the most for a letter to be mailed from CA to FL. It's been over a month.By the time 90 days ends it will be almost a whole year since I've tried to get this $60 rebate. Don't you agree this to be a little ridicules.

Please don't take me for a complete idiot Luis. I have been searching the web for similar rebate problems and found too many to list. I doubt I'll ever receive these rebates and it's a shame because the case I got is working pretty well, but all this has left a bad taste in my mouth. Search the web for yourself. I've included a few examples. I don't think Tiger Direct should carry your products at all as far as I'm concerned. They are a good company and have been very helpful at times. Why is your company doing this?

I checked the status of my rebate on line and it now states that 2 out of 3 rebate checks were sent out last year in Sept.
I don't remember ever getting any checks. Besides it should have been 3 $20. Checks anyway. Is there anyway to see if the checks were actually cashed and if so what bank cashed them? If those 2 checks were not cashed then they were either not mailed, or mailed to the wrong address. Could you please cancel them and issue new checks. I was supposed to receive 3 for $20. Each. Here is what I found online. Please verify that the checks were mailed to xxxx Flamingo St, St Augustine, FL 32080

Thank you for purchasing SOYO product. Please submit the mail in rebates together in the same envelope with the UPC code and the receipt. We need the original UPC Code, and the receipt may be original, or copy. The UPC code should be outside of the box and starts with 660475, except CX-5959 it starts with 654862..

I just received my Soyo CX-5959 Case from Tigerdirect and started filling out the three Rebate forms. I did not want to mess up and not receive the rebates and wanted you to be aware of this. I've attached a highlighted copies to show what I'm talking about so please see examples. On the top of all the rebate forms it States heres how to get you rebate: Step 2 part A) reads Copy of UPC Barcode. Step 2 part B) reads Original or Copy of sales receipt
(packing slip if ordered online) Which I did. I ordered online and have three $20.00 rebates to fill out and mail so I'll have to send copies like explained above.

But as stated below in the three examples, your asking for both ORIGINALS (receipt and barcode) in the first example See Example A. Asking for ORIGINAL UPC Barcode in Example A and B, and ORIGINAL Reciept in Example A and C.???
A) On the Rebate Form that has Buy one CX-5959 (Bonus Rebate) "Terms and Conditions" it reads to "Submit this rebate form completely filled out with ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT, and ORIGINAL UPC Barcode. Which I can comply with.
B) On the Rebate Form that has Buy one CX-5959 (Double Bonus Rebate) "Terms and Conditions" statement it reads "Submit this rebate form completely filled out with a copy of the SALES RECEIPT, (which i can do) and ORIGINAL UPC barcode (Which I can't do if I mailed it in as stated in the noted above (Bonus Rebate) form.
C) On the Rebate Form that has Buy one CX-5959 "Terms and Conditions" statement it reads "Submit this rebate form completely filled out with ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT, (Which I can't do if I mailed it in as I stated before in the noted above (Bonus Rebate) form and a copy of the UPC Barcode (which I can do).

I am making you aware of this before I mail my rebates in so I don't receive a "you did not comply with the Terms and Conditions of the rebate form so you do not get the rebate.
