In March of during my employment with Julabo USA, there was a global production hold email from our parent company to immediately stop production/sales of our ultra-low Temperature circulators and Presto Systems.
Initially, this occurred, but after pressure from Ralph Juchheim (president of JULABO USA), we continued to produce and sell these unit to unsuspecting customers in North America, knowing they would not work.
Consequently, a lot of these units failed and, still to this day, Julabo USA, has not revealed this error to their customers.
I call on nyone who has worked in production/sales at Julabo USA to come foward and corroborate my claims.
