I purchased a pair of boots from ComfortFeetShop.com. On January 7th, $89.63 was deducted from my account. On this day I was also contacted from the company that the shoes were on backorder and would ship in ten days.
Although this was a bit annoying since they should have advertised on the product page that they were on backorder, I was okay with it. The problem has occured now since it is almost four weeks since I purchased this product. I have contacted the company and they have not responded to me. I need these boots badly and I can't buy another pair without a refund.
