This is a cult. You will have to lie to people. You will never get your own office. Even the people who do are struggling to pay the bills and look themselces in the mirror. The interview process is all staged. They are desperate for employees, but need to make it intimidating. They will call you back, not answer questions about the company, talk really fast for 8 minutes, and hire you after a day of observation, that involves doing soliciting crap outside of gas stations.
Also, check your facts, it doesn't go to charity. It's a for-profit company, not a non-profit company, so they are donating to charity, but at the same time exploiting the charity name and flatly lying about what percent makes it there.

Thankfully, my husband only worked for this company for 3 weeks. Quantum, the original company, spams all of the jobfinder websites with fake job titles, such as Public Relations, Customer Service, and Event Coordinator, when the are really all Sales jobs. They are so manipulative, that they brainwash everyone into believing that they care about them personally. They have a family night, where you bring your family members, and they even had my husband make a box of all his dreams and goals in life. He had to put personal pictures on it from his life. They manipulated both of us. They told him he'd be making 700-1000 dollars a week as a manager, and 45-60k annually once he was promoted and able to set up a new office anywhere he wanted.in addition, he didn't mind selling the products, when he knew a generous portion went to Toys for Tots, a Missing Children's Fund, called CPEA, and D.A.R.E. Only 5% of the proceeds go to charity, and 65% goes to the boss. Also, they require you to go to dinners and on road trips, and although they pay for the hotel, they don't pay for food or gas. They started my husband out selling at nice places, like Barnes n' Noble, and then they told him he was 'going on a business trip that would change his life.' Well, they had him selling products outside of a BP gas station, amidst homeless people and drugdealers. They made him work 64 hours that week, averaging about 3 dollars an hour, not including the 130$ it cost for gas and food. They also fired a man who had a pregnant wife who is about to give birth in a month and a half. They claimed to care about family, but they fired him because he had to let his wife use the car, and get a ride to work with Quantum, or North Wind Promotions employees. The sad part is the 'Managers' or 'Leaders'. They are not really promoted, they are just employees. These people eat ramen, and go into debt, on the sad dream that they will one day become manager. Some 'managers' are content with mid-level, because they are able to make sometimes 300 dollars a week. These are all women, and it's because they sell themselves not the product. They flirt with men and pimp themselves out in order to sell. For, the 3 weeks they fed us lies, we could have been looking for other employment. If you ever hear of this company RUN RUN RUN. Also, think of all those charities that are now getting a bad rap because of companies like this.
