I can't believe that we trusted AT&T Yahoo with our personal data, paid in full for their internet service, and now our computer has been hacked into. I felt at times that there were keystroke problems when we were entering passwords into our internet email and account fields even with "https codes" being up it was awfully slow and it kept having me reenter the passwords multitudes of times even when they were dead on right, now that they have all that information out there, there's no telling what will happen to our life, our credit, our bank information, our intellectual property has been compromised from both of our websites, how can you run a business or two separate busineses when the person you trust to keep things in order doesn't!?! AT&T owes us more than an explanation as to why and how this can happen! I don't buy the fact that it is not their fault that there are hackers and viruses out there. That is their problem and that is why we pay them to keep things in order. It is our right to be able to sleep at night without having to worry about your personal information that is stored with them. It is their duty to protect all of their customers with reliable internet email, websites and service via their partner servers who should also be using encrypted data on all their forms on the internet especially in the Yahoo Account, Email and Messenger. AT&T owes our family a detailed explanation as to why the money that we should be making is not there, why our life has changed because of a bad choice of what should have been educated ITs, who were trusted with our personal data. We have had nothing but problems with AT&T since it switched over to sbcglobal.net and since Norton came along. I did mention to their tech department that since CA was dropped as an internet security device, there have been nothing but problems via a couple of heated phone calls to them. One of their techs actually had to use remote assistance to try and get my machine to work properly again, I spent the whole day on the phone, and it was about 3-1/2 to 4 hours later that my machine actually worked again. These days, I spend countless hours online wasting away days at my computer breathing a few choice words under my breath and clenching my teeth (leading to much stress and jaw pain - spouse actually had a heart attack due to stress) trying to read emails, our servers won't work, we thought it was our computer - - but when it crashed we invested over $1,500 in a new high tech machine, only to have the new one compromised with crash reports coming in 6-8 times a day from microsoft. Not only has the operating system been compromised, the windows defender is hacked, and CA associates security suite (additional money out of our pocket hoping it would help the system to work properly) does not do the job it used to, and that is probably because keystroking occured. This machine will not even do a system restore, update windows, update defender, and programs that used be there as protection, and worked like a gem our HP Console for instant updates, just don't even open anymore, as if they were permanently erased off of our computer. AT&T has totally screwed up our life. We want all the money back that we paid to them! That is the absolute LEAST they can do for us right now, since they have done absolutely little to protect our online intellectual property and personal data.
