On March 17, I ordered the Erica Koesler veil from the Claire Veils website, and it was paid in full through PayPal. I did a fair amount of research on this company before ordering. At that time, they came recommended by many of the reputable wedding websites.
I still have not received my order. The 25 emails I've sent to [email protected] go unanswered and the phone numbers I have found on-line are inaccurate or never answered. This company is owned by Alice Adams (a total con artist) and the company #, (360) 435-0151, is never answered despite leaving messages on the answering machine.
When I ordered my veil, the site said it would take roughly 5 weeks. It has been 15 weeks. I have already logged a complaint with PayPal and the Better Business Bureau.
Since I started this process, I have seen several complaints about this company and Alice Adams. Stay far away from this one.
