I originally inquired about a bulldog pup from Alice Malson and spoke to her and put a deposit of 250 per her request. After careful consideration due to unforeseen circumstances I told her I was unable to get the puppy which was approximatley 1 day later. During that time I had given Alice a total of 1000. I requested for that money to be refunded and even though there was nothing on her website stating that refunds were non-refundable I was willing to let her keep the 250, however her reply was this:
I am sorry that you are not able to get your puppy. I have already turned down several families that wanted Louie. This was not fair to them or Louie. This is also why we ask for a deposit to hold him.By placing the deposit you are agreeing to buy him and I am agreeing not to sell him to someone else. You would have been furious with me if I had sold him to someone else after you placed your deposit.in turn the deposits are not refundable as I have upheld my end. Giving back the deposits would negate the reason for having you place them. There is added time and expense on my part now that you have not been able to uphold you end. I am sorry and this is very unfortunate I hope that it works out for you in the future.
Alice has no integrity when she told me only one person asked for the puppy and now she said several in a time span of 1 day and this puppy was already 3 months old. Once again, she talks about the deposit... What about the rest of my money. Paypal has even favored in my complaint and requested the money but to no avail. I just ask that everyone please take in to careful consideration when doing business with the Malsons. As you can see there has been several complaints about these members.
