I never got a credit card i want proof i want the statment from the credit card i was suppose to have

I have been a victim of credit card fraud because i have never applied for a credit card before it's been so long Now i have a lawsuit filed against me because this company said i owe them money for a credit card i don't even have the card come citibank never heard of it i want some thing done about this because i don;t have the money to be paying for something i dont have and i'm not going to pay for it i want something done about it
