Applied for credit card, no status update after two weeks

Hi,

I applied for the Citibank credit card and even submitted the documents along with the photograph to the executive 2 weeks ago. But I haven't received the card, and nobody has even informed me about the status of the card.

I would request that you update me on the same and return the signed documents in case I am not found eligible for the card.
