Mann bracken, naf, boa, MBNA, wolpoff and abramson are all in the same boat. They ruined my credit, equifax refuses to take off all the wrong accounts and tons of disputing, lawyers and they still refuse. They are taking me to court again for same card, different people under different company but same lawyers trying to sue again-account thats been paid, charged off, delinquent, numbers are wrong, i need help.
I've spoken to naca lawyers who are clueless to this issue, tried regular lawyers same thing. I need help asap. I do not know when my next court date is-dismiss it like they did the other case, can still come after me again.
I've been fighting for years. I hired another lawyer they took my money. I want to go after them too-all my work, need help because i cannot afford a attorney. I contacted everyone except media, not out of the question.
