This company fancies itself as an alternative to the three credit bureaus for property management companies. Regrettably, this company falls short of doing their job by every conceivable measure. I was told that this company reported negative information about my credit and rental history to a property manager. When I contacted the company (beware you will NEVER actually speak with a representative unless you leave a message), "Willie" told me that a community had reported a debt owed to them by me. After asking for the name of the company, "Willie" provided only the name of the apartment community. I telephoned the community and spoke with the manager, she explained that they had NO RECORD of me ever leasing an apartment with them. At that point I called On Sight Manager again and left another message. Two days later, "Stacy" returned my call. I explained to her that the source of their information was inaccurate. Stacy told me that it was my problem and that "if you don't like our service, then don't use it". Click.
I am still confused by the reaction of this company. They are unprofessional, dishonest and unwilling to verify information. Beware!
