These b*st*rds are very rude and ill-mannered, I hate i ever financed a car through them, Why did God let me make this big mistake, I bought the car with 90,000 miles on it back in Otober of OK, then the cars transmission went out Feb. Of so i had them fix it, they have this repair program that i went through, I didn't have $1,800 to pay or it, So what they were suppose to do was freeze my loan payments and i would start making payments on the repair, which i thought thats what i was doing, they stated i defaulted on my repair so they came and picked my car up, i had to pay them $1,300 bucks, good thing i had my Income tax, or i would've been sh*t out of luck, and now i have a repossession on my credit, not for late payments but for a repair. ANY HELP???
