On October 20 I purchased a Kirby vacuum from All Generations. It came with a video tape on how to use. After 1 1/2 weeks, I called to advise my VCR didn't work and I had trouble with the machine. I left a message for someone to help me. Got no response. I called again after another week and left another message, which was ignored.
Finally, someone came to my home, after I refused to confirm financing arrangements, and picked up the Kirby. I was left with a vacuum, while similar to my old one, wasn't mine and didn't work. I called the owner, Cameron, who advised me to come in and exchange it for another one. I wasn't advised to set an appointment, only given the address and hours of operations. The place is located 39 miles each way from my home.
I drove out for the exchange on 12/3 and was met by the smell of spray paint and a rude woman who advised me Cameron wasn't available and I should have made an appointment. She then called Cameron and proceeded to belittle me to him. She advised me I couldn't exchange the vacuum. She then belittled the car I was driving and used foul language to me.
Buyer beware of anyone selling Kirby's from this company. After checking with the Better Business Bureau, I discovered many other complaints, all closed, but still filed.
