Victim of ripoff

I didn't know that the government sell job packets, but I was curious to see what this was all about. The company stated that there was a money back guarantee if no job was received in a year. So I paid the $57 on my credit card & received the packet. The website and telephone number's they provided are bogus and not in service. I have left several voice messages on the company's answering machine with no returns.
I just want my money back and help other consumers to prevent making the mistake that I made.
