Ripoff consumer dishonest fraud victimized many consumers

I noticed a charge on my account in which I did not authorize. When I saw the name of the company, I decided to look them up on the internet to see what they sell. I was surprised when I found your website and all the others that tell about how many people have been ripped-off so far.

I'm still not sure what they sell. I called the company and they said I should have received my packet in the mail. I said "I never ordered a packet." She went on to tell me about how I would save money. Once again I told her I did not request a packet and I only want my money back.

She said she was sorry for the mistake and would credit my account. I should see this on my next statement. I am waiting to see. But, reading the other reports, I don't feel very trusting on their word.
