Sold me a broken hot tub and refused to honor warranty 63021

I spoke to JERRY the owner of the company for weeks researching hot tubs. He assured me that buying hot tub over the internet would not be a problem. From the first day that the hot tub was delivered and installed it did not work correctly. I contacted JERRY immediately and he directed me to HYDRO SPA the manufacture of the hot tub. After speaking to multiple people and being told that the service center would call to set up an appointment (they never did), I was advised that HYDRO SPA had gone out of business and was bought by PREMIUM LEISURE which would not be honoring any warranties.

I then contacted JERRY again reference the situation with my brand new non-working hot tub, and JERRY stated that there was NOTHING he could do, that although he assured me I was buying a quality product, I was out of luck.

St louis pool and spa sold me a faulty hot tub and have no intention to right that wrong!
