This company is very unprofessional. I understand why Jerry Britton failed at his business. I was promised a refund for 3 months and I still have not recieved it. This company no longer has a web site, working phones or place of business. Worst of all I went to the BBB for help and all they did was try to contact them twice. Since JB Impackt never responded the BBB just closed my complaint. No help at all! So now I am out out of my money, I never received the product and I have to still pay for my finance charges. I guess Jerry Britton took the easy way out and packed up his business and disappeared.
