My son maded a purchase on Gogoer with my paypal account. After over 15 day and still not recieve what he purchased. I opened a dispute with Paypal and received a response that said they would deliver the service if I closed the dispute with paypal. Of course if I close the claim I cant reopen it. I told them i wouldn't close the dipute now a person named Maggie say they can only fill the order if I close dispute to get the information they need to fill the order even though we have sent a copy of the reciept to them. They think they can bully someone into closing dispute. Paypal should step in and shut their account down. They prey on children and than rip them off. My son spend two weeks worth of allowance to pay them now they wont come through on what they promised.
Watch your children they prey on them. Everyone should not use their service and shut them down. They are not US based and no address or phone number so nothing you can do. I told them I was going to start this report and they again just said close the dispute and we will fill the order. Why would we believe that since they havn't filled it since May 30 and over 20 emails later.
