I ordered brass on Feb. 20. Items were listed on the website. I paid through PayPal. Never received my product. I disputed through PayPal. K Bar responded that they had items to ship, but couldn't ship as long as funds were being held in dispute with Paypal. She told me if I'd close the dispute, she'd ship product. I closed dispute, now 4 weeks later still no product and PayPal won't reopen the dispute since it had been labeled as resolved. So, guess I'm screwed out of product and money. DO NOT BUY from K Bar Cartridge!!
