Tuesday June 17. Today I went on the internet to look at my checking account balance, and I was like what the hell! Now I dont have money to pay my other bills that are coming out! So I looked to see what these 2 payments of 19.95 were and I was like uh who are these people? I am so mad! So I called these people and it is like go to this website, so I did and I could either chat or have someone call me, or course I wanted someone to call me! So they called and I was like what the hell why are you taking money out of my account, they are like you subscribed to this, I was like no I did not.! The rep said that you would of had to read the terms and conditions and i was like i did but it didnt say anything about taking money out of my checking account, so i said well if it says that then give me the website to go to and i will reread the terms, and she is like, "it doesnt say that in there" OMG! I am so mad at these people! She is like we can send both of the payments back to you but i have to send it in the mail and it will take 30-45 business days! I wish i could of reached through the phone at that point! I was like i need to speak with a supervisor she is like they will only be able to chat online not on the phone. Then i told her well you know what i have heard of you guys doing this to other people and TRUST me there WILL be something done about this! I was like i will contact whoever i have to to get your company in trouble... She just sat there quietly! End of story...
