Hello, I was recently mislead by a company called Ez Grant Pro. The company promised to send me a CD in order to find government grants, with a shipping and handling fee of $1.97.

Be refunded the 29.95 fee for a program called "debt eater" which I was also not aware that I signed up for this, all I signed up for was a FREE CD that was $1.97 S & H. They also informed me that I wouldn't receive a full refund
Because their "terms & conditions" stipulated that I couldn't get a full refund. There wasn't any link to any terms and conditions, I didn't see it at all anywhere on the website. Now when I go to the website I can't log on
And it doesn't give you anymore options. I want my entire amount of 64.47 back in my account. I also informed the fraud dept. Of my bank about these unauthorized charges. I hope you find these people and shut them down fast
Because they are taking money from people who are trying to get some money from a government grant. This company is full of crap, and I hope they get busted very soon. Thank you.
