After reading previous consumer's report - I, too have been a victim of TLG* GreatFn scam. TLG has been charging my account since MArch without my approval. I begin to use Cheap seats / last minute deals / in the pass year. I called TLG - spending 1/2 hour seeking satisfaction - they are use to hearing from consumers like myself - and have all the answers down
pat. I am going back to the my bank tomorrow and proceed within the instructions as outlined in your report. I believe that the 'credit card' industry turns a blind-eye to this sort of behavior.
