I am having problems getting any contact with Saxon. After calling and waiting on the phone for 30 minutes to get anyone to get to the phone. I am also in the pre forclosure issue. I have agreed with Saxon on a formal repayment plan. I am to pay them from March to May a certain amount. The amount is in which I was paying when we first moved in way before interest rates increased.

Now come June, I am to pay 15,532.00 for my defaulted amount I am behind. Between the months of March to May, I have been going to Western Union to pay my amount needed. Everytime I try to call Saxon, it is very difficult to call and have someone answer that can read my account and tell me what is happening. I have had rejections when sending in my payment by Western Union from Saxon, Saxon can not locate my payment that I made. The second my payment was rejected by Saxon.

The third, Western Union sent a letter by mail, telling me to go back to the place in which I made my payment and pick my money up, again Saxon rejected it. I called again to Saxon after waiting on the line, 40 minutes to finally get someone on the phone to tell me they don't know why that happened. She spoke with the supervisor and was told by the supervisor to have me resend it.

Finally, I call today, speak with someone that now has told me that I broke that agreement. I ask to speak with a superisor, in which she then transfers me to someone in the repayment department. From that department I speak to a gentelmen and again start from the beginning re: issues with my account. He then tried to transfer me to the person that was handling my account Mr. Nelson.

I had asked him, please do not send me to his extension, all it will do is go to voicemail, he will not return my calls. He said I will try and connect back to you. He didn't. He never came back to the line. I have already tried again 5 times waiting on the line to get someone to tell me something on my account.

I have not broken my agreement. I am trying to do what I was told to do. I am again trying to what I have to, to keep my home. Doing any and everything possible. They do not want to help or cooperate. What else is left for me to do? Any help???
