Saxon Mortgage has delayed my modification for 2 years. Saxon Mortgage set me up for one repayment plan after the other only to cancel each plan.
On another issue, Saxon Mortgage is withholding insurance money for storm damage that was repaired. Saxon is trying to force me to pay more money rather than paying the roofer for the repairs completed.
