We have recently lost are home under saxon. We fell behind three months do to a work injury. After the three months i returned to work and cut saxon a check for over six thousand dollars. This was for back payment, interest and lawyer fees.in september they sent us a letter saying everything was fine.in november they filed fore closer papers with the court house. But did not notify us by mail or printing it in the paper.in march the sheriff showed up at my door and gave us five days to move. We tried contacting the lawyer on the court papers. They stated that they are no longer handling this.
Called saxon numerous times with no one calling back. My lawyer and foreclosure specialist got the run around from saxon. The only information i was able to get was from the lawyer stating that saxon did a walk through and appraisal of the residence on jan 4th. This never happened and need less to say we are know homeless.
Beware of saxon mortgage!
